Worst customer service ever

Ive been playing for over 2 years and have spent hundreds of dollars. I have a problem ticket that I filed and I got a reply saying they would get back to me in a couple of days. That was 2 years ago and nothing. The other reviews are correct. Very greedy developers that provide zero customer service (except if you have problems paying and then it is practically instant) and sluggish glitchy game play. I have met great people and have spent a lot of money and used to play every day. I can now only log in successfully only about 1 in 10 tries. Great game to play and enjoyable but really bad customer service. Avoid Kabaam games as they have become just rip off artists.
