Very unhelpful customer service

Usually its just a form letter saying that will look into this issue, then they end up closing the ticket without resolving the issue (I have sending in over 75 tickets maybe 1/3 were resolved) or send it on to someone else who finally close the ticket without resolving the issue. Now lets get to the profanity the cyber bullying and the downright despicable references to certain acts with animals. If you want to keep up in this game you MUST spend and spend a lot.
