Since Gaea took over, the game has taken a nosedive, and considering the state it was in, one wouldnt think it possible. Repetitive tournaments that dont work. Repetitive tournaments that require actual money to even have a chance of winning. Wrong prizes handed out on a consistent basis. Customer service is a joke. They place the burden on victims of bullying rather than the perpetrators. Nothing is done regarding sexual harassment, physical threats, stalkers, etc. Their response is to have you block the bully. Not acceptable. The friends made are the only reason I (and many others) still play.

Customer support is nonexistent at a time when glitches are stripping players of items won and purchased. They simply deny any fault on their part and close your complaint. If kabam was awful-Im at a loss for adjectives in how to describe gaea. Ill play this game only until my troops run out and will not return. Do not get involved- and do not purchase anything as you have no guarantee of any recourse should something go awry (which it so often does). The game is stale-with only rehashing existing play.

Kabam has no customer. support, over priced really bad.

The game was closed when logged on my 5th city (Esgaroth), and now when restarting the game an error code appear "an error has occurred" when loading from the server and the game no longer open... Its a pity.

This wonderful game just made 80.3k battering rams vanish from my troops!!! And 2m might!!! Not, dead, not encamped, vanished!!

This game is awesome. I deleted all other games and just focused on this. I have been hooked for 2 years there is so much to do your never bored. What i would like to see is the ability to actually see combats occur.

I have lots of fun, never er spend, participate in all contests, and am in top alliance. Its not hard just ask for help

Its a great app, great game a little like Game of War but still its fun. Fun enough I might spend a few dollars on mithrik. BUT its 11.99 CAD for ONLY 100. That is outrageous and I refuse to pay that much. Apparently its even on sale! I get you need to make money but thats crazy. Also add more plains.

If you play this game for free youve nothing to lose. However if you plan to purchase in app Kabams support is sorely lacking. Players often have items go missing. It takes weeks to get a resolution. That resolution will be valued less than the original lost items if anything at all. Kabam will then close the support ticket leaving you no alternate solution.

This game is idiotic and a waste of time u can hide army and there is no might cap I guess if u find calculators amusing u will enjoy this game . Boom beach all the way kabam is for morons

The worst support team for a game Ive ever come across.would takes a week or more for responses on the simplest things.. After submitting over 100 game fix issues and only 20% being responded to.. I had to quit. Kabam has to be the worst company for customer support.. Game Issues dating back to a year ago still get ignored by kabam and as many players who join a day quit sone after.

I have played this game for two years - love the game but people need to know.... Not all teams play fair. Different worlds get away with different rules - some have players who through moderators of the game make the game very un enjoyable. Recently our world had a player banned for no reason except that the attacking players hated that he was such a good player. Remember to use the game forums and to report all unfair playing to help Kabam moderate their game moderators.

Just get clash of clans or boom beach. Even as a l.o.t.r fan I didnt like this.

Simply astounding, Kabam did a great job w/ this game, its loadup time is pretty long but its worth it. Thank you kabam.
