In spite of having plenty of available memory on my iPad the game keeps crashing. I built my level to 15 and lost everything due to tech problems.

Played this game for 2 years and met tons of great ppl playing. Its just too bad that Kabam ruined the game by adding gimmick after gimmick to encourage spending. If you do not have thousands of dollars or unlimited time to play find another game because it is impossible to keep up and stay competitive. Just when you get to a point that you think you can compete Kabam will add another gimmick and set you back months unless you are willing to spend multiple hundreds or thousands of dollars to compete. Additionally customer support is arrogant and extremely uncooperative when it comes to resolving issues they have created. I would stay away from any Kabam games personally as this philosophy seems consistent across all of their platforms

Says its free but to be competitive and get ahead money must be spent. Customer support is lacking and the amount of players has dropped off significantly. Better games out there

Kabam has again brought in updates that prevent people from NOT spending $$$ Now players will have to spend $$$ to compete with other members..."keeping up with the Jones"

Changing the game so users have to spend more!

I used to love playing until they keep adding stuff that they think will clean out your wallet. It used to be a fun game until it became one that you cant play unless you spend money everywhere in almost every aspect of the game.

Its good needs more war though

Save yourself some money. Kabam has made it so only the spenders gain. Everybody else who try to play without spending loses out.

Its a great game its just I wish we can win mithril instead of always buying it and there is so many nice people on there join the alliance: THIEVES GUILD

Ive been playing for over 2 years and have spent hundreds of dollars. I have a problem ticket that I filed and I got a reply saying they would get back to me in a couple of days. That was 2 years ago and nothing. The other reviews are correct. Very greedy developers that provide zero customer service (except if you have problems paying and then it is practically instant) and sluggish glitchy game play. I have met great people and have spent a lot of money and used to play every day. I can now only log in successfully only about 1 in 10 tries. Great game to play and enjoyable but really bad customer service. Avoid Kabaam games as they have become just rip off artists.

Im surprised this company has no team of testers to report on the issues Ive experienced. Night and Day modes in the game happen with no rhyme or reason and the chests bear curious names that only a computer coder can understand. An ongoing issue is with goblin mines. Players can attack a supposedly unmined mine and find out its been owned afterwards. There is an unwritten law in game where you should not attack a mine thats owned but when reports are not accurate mistakes can happen. Not impressed.

I hope this update fixes the fatal errors. Cause I get a fatal error on about every second thing I do.

I love the hobbit and the lord of the rings. This games was awesome! At first I did have some troubles figuring out what to do and stuff but Im pretty bad at gaming. Once you get the hang of it, it gets way better!

I purchase an in game bundle and was supposed to receive a bonus. The bonus item didnt arrive and customer support hasnt helped in four days. Not even to give me a refund.

Like ALL kabam games they spend the majority of their time begging you to spend money, and happily allowing you to lose it in their poor odds gambling type games for better pixel prizes. Kabam is a sorry excuse for a developer and has decided its better to beg than make a product worth buying.

If I could give it zeros stars I would. I would suggest that you openly burn your money with an actual flame to get a better bang for your buck.

Game is OK tons of issues unknown error, lag etc. social aspect is OK. Customer service is absolutely horrid.

Awesomely fun game. Soooo addictive!! I usually dont play these kind of games, but its such a cool game!

Lots of glitches and loading errors. Nothing is easily done. Moving a large number of troops to a new city can literally take hours of just repeatedly clicking away. It should be one click and done. Ive never spent money buy one item can cost up to 40 dollars. Total waste of time. Also has crazy bugs am currently locked out after closing in laketown
